Customers are the data controllers for personal data stored within their Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics CRM, or other SaaS environments.
MicroCloud 360 acts as a data processor and processes such data only in accordance with customer instructions, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Where required, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with customers.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.

7.1 Service Providers
With trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting, analytics, payment, and security providers) who process information on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations. We maintain a list of key sub-processors and make it available upon reasonable request.

With technology partners, including Microsoft, where necessary to deliver licensed software, cloud services, integrations, and technical support.
